3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yes66 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. You must notify yes66 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. yes66 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 Account Closure by Member. You may request closure of your yes66 Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.

5.1 Deposits. Deposits to your yes66 wallet may be made via the payment methods currently accepted on the Platform, which include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong bank transfer. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction. yes66 does not accept deposits from payment instruments not registered in your name.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. Standard processing time for KYC-verified accounts is approximately fifteen (15) minutes. yes66 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that it considers unusual in size, frequency, or account context, which may extend processing time.
5.3 Currency. All Account transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion is not offered; members must fund accounts in MYR.
5.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. yes66 may apply an administrative maintenance fee of RM 10 per month to dormant account balances. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
6.1 yes66 offers bonuses and promotional incentives at its sole discretion. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are communicated at the time of offer and which you must read before opting in.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates, and time limits are specified in each individual promotional offer's terms.
6.3 Abuse. yes66 reserves the right to void bonuses, associated winnings, and account balances, and to suspend or close Accounts where it reasonably determines that bonuses have been obtained or used in bad faith, through exploitation of technical errors, via coordinated bonus abuse, through multi-accounting, or through any other conduct designed to extract value from promotional offers without genuine gameplay intent.
6.4 Changes to Promotions. yes66 may withdraw, modify, or expire any promotion at any time. Ongoing wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the terms that were active when the bonus was accepted.
7.1 All Wagers placed on the yes66 Platform are subject to the specific game rules, sportsbook betting rules, and casino rules applicable to the relevant product, all of which are made available within the Platform.
7.2 yes66 reserves the right to void any Wager placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or manifestly incorrect odds or paytable. Where a Wager is voided, the stake will be returned to your Account Balance.
7.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any Wager, yes66's determination shall be final, subject only to the formal complaints procedure set out in Section 15.
7.4 yes66 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum stake limits on any game or market at any time and to apply individual Account betting limits where it deems appropriate.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yes66 Platform:
8.2 Breach of any prohibition in Section 8.1 entitles yes66 to immediately suspend or permanently close your Account, void any pending or historical Wagers it considers tainted by the prohibited conduct, forfeit your Account Balance, and refer the matter to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
9.1 All content on the yes66 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and game content, is the property of yes66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or software forming part of the Platform without yes66's prior written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yes66 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of winnings, profits, or data; (b) any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (c) Platform downtime, interruptions, or technical errors beyond yes66's reasonable control; or (d) the conduct of third-party game providers whose software is integrated into the Platform.
10.2 yes66's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits yes66's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
